Healthy Food

Sugar and sodium are two silent killers in America as we are addicted to them, in addition to corn, which is in everything, too. I think Wegmans and some other stores try to present healthy choices to eat, but the food manufacturing world makes that impossible sometimes. Look at how much sugar is in orange juice, for example. More than 20 g. That's a lot, yet we're told to drink our OJ everyday.

What are some healthy recipes, foods, etc. that you make/eat/drink? That you find at Wegmans?
