Wegmans Launches iPhone App
It's finally here! Wegmans launched its iPhone app complete with shopping lists, weekly flyer, prescription refill, product database, cooking videos and tons of recipes, among other features.
The Wegmans iPhone app is bound to be a success (minus some initial technical issues these first few days that will hopefully be resolved) because of the growth in mobile devices, but also because this app is so good, so clean, so top notch.
It's a little flakely and does not connect to Wegmans most of the time.

I used the shopping list on my iTouch today and liked it. It doesn't really save time because it can take a while to create your list but it's fun to use. It would also be great for sending someone else out to do the shopping who might not be familiar with the store or what you want since you can add specific brands and sizes.
ReplyDeleteI had a hard time connecting my iTouch to Wegmans wireless, but the shopping list stores offline too so I was still able to use it. Now to figure out how to get my iTouch hooked up with their WiFi......
Great start - when's the Android app coming out? Android has now begun out-selling the iPhones. C'mon Wegmans!
ReplyDeleteAndroid app please!
ReplyDeleteAndroid version needed!

ReplyDeleteI was at wegmans and I saw a poster for the iphone AND smartphone apps. But I went to the Android app store and only found the locations app. I can't wait for the android app!
ReplyDeleteWhere is the the Android version? Please!
ReplyDeleteApp is glitchy and never did connect to wegmans.com I ended up deleting it after the first frustrating day trying to get it to work. Sad, it would be a great thing that would make my shopping at Wegman's more enjoyable because the store set up isn't very intuitive, and the walking path would've saved me so much time!
ReplyDeleteanother vote for android version please
ReplyDeleteandroid app please!!!
ReplyDeleteEvernote is a great android app for lists and notes of all kinds. You can sync your lists between devices: phone, laptop, desktop and you can share lists with others.
ReplyDeleteIf Wegman's produce an andriod app it should be capable of displaying a scanable bar or QR code for shoppers club.
android app please...androids are selling out Iphones now...hello wegmans get with it please.
ReplyDeleteDoes it really take this long to write an app for Android? Wegmans does everything else so well but can't seem to get this Android app operational. Disappointed!
ReplyDeleteAndroid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhy have we been waiting for over a year for the droid app?
ReplyDeleteandroid app please
ReplyDeleteWhere is the Android App? You do know that there are more droids out there than iphones?
ReplyDeleteI emailed Wegmans about this today snf they responded that they hope to have the android app available this summer and also mentions their mobile version m.wegmans.com. You can do a search for a product on the mobile version and it will show you the aisle which is what I want it for. I use cloudlist for my shopping app.
ReplyDeleteWalmart has an Android App. Just joking. Hurry up with the Android App!
